Our client is a dynamic Design and Drafting Team based in Australia and part of an established international architectural services company. They specialize in providing design and drafting services to property owners, architects, home builders, and developers for various purposes, including concepts, town planning, and development applications. Our client is seeking an experienced Building Designer/Draftsperson to join their team and work on residential and commercial projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and engaging in discussions with new clients to understand their design requirements thoroughly. Additionally, you will be tasked with producing comprehensive plans and documentation for both new and ongoing projects. Assisting fellow team members in preparing plans will also be part of your responsibilities. As a coordinator, you will facilitate effective communication and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables between different team members and departments. Lastly, you will work closely with 3D artists to provide guidance on the presentation of design concepts, fostering a collaborative and creative atmosphere.
