Our client,a family-owned construction company, is seeking skilled Design professionals to join their team in Sydney. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for design coordination and management, client liaison, and statutory authority liaison. If you have relevant qualifications and at least 7 years of construction industry experience, including exposure to projects over $50m.
The requirements of the role are:
– Design management and coordination – Delivery
– Client coordination and liaison
– Develop scopes for consultants based on project requirements.
– Manage the Design Program and Safety in Design process
– Liaise with Statutory Authorities.
