Job Description:
Our client, a boutique architectural studio based in Melbourne, is seeking an experienced graduate architect to join their team. With a focus on residential, commercial, and community buildings, this role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
The requirements of the role are:
– Carry out detailed design development and produce planning and contract documentation for various projects.
– Coordinate smaller projects and contribute to larger projects as part of a team.
– Attend client and consultant meetings.
– Coordinate with other consultants.
– Assist in contract administration during the construction phase.
