They are seeking an Office Manager to join their 40-person practice in Melbourne. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the studio. This dynamic role will involve managing administrative tasks, reception duties, and providing support to the practice’s partners.
The requirements of the role are:
– Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
– Oversee office facilities and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and functional.
– Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and managing petty cash.
– Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, implementing efficient document management systems.
– Coordinate company events, including team-building activities, conferences, and social functions.
– Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
– Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
