Job Description:
Our client, a global design firm, is seeking a Marketing Manager I to join their Los Angeles office.This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote work. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, or marketing, along with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in the AEC industry. Strong time management and organization skills, as well as proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Office 365 are required.
The requirements of the role are:
– Leading proposal submissions, qualifications packages, presentations, brochures, and other related activities for potential opportunities throughout the region.
– Conducting lead tracking, capital planning research, and due diligence.
– Assisting the Principals in developing the marketing strategy for the studio.
– Managing the pursuit process and team.
– Representing the firm to clients, peer organizations, and consultants
