You will play a key role in pushing forward the firm’s growth and success by leading strategic business development initiatives and implementing innovative marketing strategies to expand the company’s presence both nationally and internationally.Seeking a Business Development / Marketing Director with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or related field. 1-3 years of professional experience in the building industry and strong communication skills are required. Familiarity with pre-qualification processes and documents is preferred. Knowledge of Spanish is desired but not necessary. Proven experience in business development and marketing within the architecture or design industry and a strong understanding of the market and client needs are essential. Exceptional leadership abilities, strategic mindset, and proficiency in marketing strategies are required for this fast-paced, deadline-driven role.
