Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Design Manager to join their team in London. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design coordination and supply chain for a prestigious £135m, 3-year super prime residential development. With a clear path for progression, you will lead the technical aspects of the project, ensuring it stays in line with initial design and planning regulations. If you have experience in high-end residential projects and strong management skills, apply now!
The requirements of the role are:
– Coordinate with consultant design teams for tender and construction drawings
– Issue information, drawings, and packages to subcontractors and consultants
– Lead the technical aspect of the project
– Liaise with project engineer and production team
– Ensure building works align with initial design and planning regulations
