Our client is a highly regarded architecture firm based in Sydney, specialising in luxury commercial office projects. With a team of skilled architects, they have earned a strong reputation for delivering exceptional designs that exude elegance and sophistication. Their commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail have made them a trusted name in the industry, known for creating inspiring workspaces that meet the highest standards.

They are now seeking an experienced Project Architect with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join their team. The successful candidate will take a lead role in overseeing the design and execution of luxury commercial office projects. They will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure the seamless delivery of projects, adhering to strict timelines and quality standards.

The requirements of the role are:

– Minimum of 6 years of experience
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
– Proven expertise in luxury commercial office projects
– Strong design and technical skills
– Proficiency in Revit
– Excellent project management and leadership abilities
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
– Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team
– Extensive knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Sydney.
