Our client, an award-winning creative design studio, is seeking a Business Coordinator to join their team in Sydney. In this role, you will provide high-level support across various aspects of the business, including administration, document control, graphics production, business development, and more. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign, and the ability to work under pressure. The requirements of the role are:
– Provide administrative support to multiple Principals, including document production and calendar management.
– Assist in the preparation of marketing and business development materials, including editing submissions.
– Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and day-to-day operations.
– Manage reception duties and support general studio tasks.
– Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and graphic layout expertise.
