As a Project Architect, your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the project team, ensuring timely delivery by tracking project deliverables, and being involved in concept and design development. You will be responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions and producing quality documentation sets, as well as reviewing and maintaining quality control over documentation. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with consultants throughout the project’s lifespan, and be involved in construction and contract administration. These tasks are critical in ensuring the success of the project, and your ability to manage them will be instrumental in driving the project towards a successful outcome.
