Job Description:
Our client, a leading Developer and Construction company with a Specialised Facades and Cladding division, is seeking two experienced Site Managers to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing facade projects, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
The requirements of the role are:
– Oversee the entire facade project from start to finish, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
– Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
– Manage and supervise a team of workers, providing guidance and support.
– Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
